Cooking description: This is the easiest way to cook chicken feet. Minimal fuss and ingredients, and the dish still turns out very tasty. Whole chicken legs (shanks + thighs) are the best way to cook this recipe, but chicken shanks and thighs can be fried the same way. Only then the cooking time will be less (the smaller the pieces – the faster to cook them). The main thing is the right choice of spices and proper heat treatment. I hope you enjoy this simple recipe for fried chicken thighs and it will come in handy!

Ingredients:
Chicken thighs – 5 pieces (with thigh part)
Ground coriander – 2 tablespoons
Cumin – 1 Tbsp.
Ground black pepper – 1 Tbsp.
Salt – To taste
Olive oil – 100 ml.
Serving Number: 5

Rinse chicken legs under running water, blot with a paper towel. Each chicken leg generously rub salt on all sides, then sprinkle with spices. In the same way rub salt and spices all the other legs. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. In the heated oil, put the chicken legs. Fry for 2 minutes over medium heat, then flip them over and fry the other side. In total, fry the chicken legs for 12 minutes, turning every 2 minutes. Cook over medium heat with a lid. If it starts to burn – turn down the heat. Now add 1 glass of water to the pan, reduce the heat and cook until the water evaporates completely under a lid. The chicken during this time will be soft and finish cooking. The fried chicken legs are ready. Serve immediately while hot. Bon appetit!
